Ms. Willbanks has 20+ years of experience in civil engineering, environmental engineering, water resources, permitting, compliance, and construction. She has been integral in the design, construction, and implementation of groundwater, wastewater, and soil vapor treatment facilities at multiple sites throughout California.
Relevant Project Experience: Ms. Willbanks has managed several high-profile projects, including the Pinedale Groundwater Site, where she oversaw a chlorinated solvent plume impacting multiple municipal water wells. She also managed the decommissioning of an industrial facility and subsequent site remediation.
Professional Affiliations: Ms. Willbanks is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA).
Mr. Gilpin is a Certified Engineering Geologist and Hydrogeologist with extensive experience in mineral-resource identification, geologic hazards assessment, water resources management, and environmental site assessment. He has played a pivotal role in multiple large-scale projects, including the strategic development of aggregate operations and well-stimulation permitting.
Relevant Project Experience: Mr. Gilpin has managed numerous projects, such as the Pinedale Area TCE Contamination RI/FS and several mine development projects across California.
Professional Affiliations: Mr. Gilpin is a member of the Groundwater Resources Association (GRA) of California and the American Public Works Association (APWA).
