The Pinedale Industrial Site project involved the remediation of a large chlorinated solvent plume that threatened local groundwater resources. Our team conducted a comprehensive site assessment, including soil, soil vapor, and groundwater investigations.

Key Achievements:

This project required extensive coordination with the City of Fresno Water Division to ensure that municipal water wells remained unaffected during remediation efforts.

The Caruthers Raisin Packing Facility faced significant challenges with wastewater discharge and compliance with state regulations. Our team was brought in to assess the situation and design a solution that met the stringent requirements of the Regional Water Resources Control Board.

Key Achievements:

• Prepared a Report of Waste Discharge (ROWD) for continued operation.
• Designed a groundwater monitoring network to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Implemented modifications to the existing water supply system to improve efficiency.

As a result of our work, the facility was able to secure necessary permits and continue operations without disruption.

This project involved the design and implementation of stormwater management practices for multiple Southern California Edison substations. Our team served as Qualified Stormwater Practitioners (QSPs), overseeing compliance with state regulations.

Key Achievements:

• Conducted regular inspections to ensure compliance with stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs).
• Developed and submitted Certificates of Inspection (COIs) and annual reports to regulatory bodies.
• Implemented best management practices (BMPs) to minimize the impact of stormwater runoff.

This project significantly improved the environmental compliance of the substations, ensuring continued operation in line with state regulations.

The expansion of Highway 99 required a thorough environmental impact assessment (EIA) to evaluate potential effects on local ecosystems and communities. Our team was tasked with conducting this assessment and providing recommendations to mitigate any adverse impacts.
