Waste/Wastewater Disposal and Stormwater Permitting

WEC has working relationships with many of the Regional Water Quality Control Boards and extensive experience navigating regulatory and permitting requirements, and/or preparing appropriate documentation associated with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program, Reports of Waste Discharge and Waste Discharge Requirements Program, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Pollution Control and Countermeasure Plans, Sustainable Groundwater Management Plans, water-quality monitoring programs, The States Site Cleanup Program, the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Cleanup Program, and Drinking Water Programs. We regularly assist clients with program compliance, monitoring, reporting, and development of new and/or revised permits. Our experience includes a wide range of industrial and municipal applications for mines, municipal wastewater treatment plants, wineries, food processing plants, heavy industrial plants, construction projects, agricultural operations, etc.
